Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order at any time. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.
Customs & Import Duties
Pupijoy ships from overseas suppliers directly to your door. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Australian customers are generally not affected by this.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Pupijoy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pupijoy.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pupijoy.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
